Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Object of the Agreement
This agreement defines the Provider's obligations as a Data Processor when handling personal data on behalf of the User.
2. Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)
The Provider implements state-of-the-art security measures, including Access Control (restricted to central consoles), Transmission Control (end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption), and Reliability (automated backups).
3. Sub-processors
The User grants general authorization to the Provider to engage specialized data centers and AI infrastructure providers as sub-processors to fulfill the service requirements.
