When accessing our platform, we collect Log Data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and Account Data for contract fulfillment under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Our application (Omega Prime AI) utilizes API data provided by Google (Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center, Business Profile, Search Console), Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), TikTok, Microsoft Bing, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Otto, Zalando, Allegro, Bol.com, Magento, PrestaShop, IdeaSoft, Ticimax, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and other ecosystem API Partners solely to optimize your marketing operations and corporate data analytics. Google Specific Statement: Omegaprofy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Meta, TikTok, and Other Partners Statement: Business, advertising, and pixel data retrieved from these platforms strictly comply with their respective Developer and Data Security Policies. This data is stored encrypted within a completely isolated tenant architecture. Data Security and Access: The authorization and approval processes for such extensive integrations are strictly closed to sub-users or corporate individual accounts for security reasons; access is provided only at the highest administrative tier. Under no circumstances will your data be sold or transferred to external third-party companies or data brokers, nor will it ever be used to train external public LLM (Large Language Model) architectures.

Strategic Infrastructure Providers handle technical search queries with Personal data minimized. AI Processing Units handle data inputs governed by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR.

If data is processed outside the EEA, we ensure a high level of data protection through the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Upon account deletion or when you explicitly revoke a connected integration via our dashboard, all associated personal user data and OAuth tokens are permanently erased from our active databases immediately. We do not retain API data beyond the necessary scope.

Our system is designed with the 'Principle of Least Privilege'. Access to and authorization over sensitive data provided via Google APIs is strictly closed to external interference and sub-users. Access to this data is restricted solely to the highest authorized tier, thereby minimizing data leakage risks in accordance with European data security standards.
